Description of Service

Keenr provides the 510(k) Predicate Finder, an AI-powered tool that analyzes FDA clearance data to identify potential predicate devices for 510(k) submissions. The tool uses publicly available data from openFDA and AI analysis to generate reports for informational purposes.

User Responsibilities

User assumes full responsibility for all regulatory decisions. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute regulatory, legal, or professional advice. Users must independently verify all information before relying on it for any regulatory submission. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Keenr makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis, report, or data provided. AI-generated analyses may contain errors and should always be reviewed by qualified regulatory professionals.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keenr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

Reports generated for you are for your use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission. The underlying methodology, algorithms, prompts, and system design remain the intellectual property of Keenr.

Data Usage

Device descriptions submitted may be retained for service improvement and quality assurance. We do not collect protected health information (PHI) or patient data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Payment and Refunds

Paid reports are non-refundable once generated, as the AI analysis is performed immediately upon purchase. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
